-All shipping documentation job done from the beginning to the end - Bill conformation as well as the charges confirmation, shipping pre-alert, collection etc

需处理全套的单证工作，提单确认、费用确认以及发预报收款等

-Back up to team members when she/he is absence

作为其他组员的后备

-Work closely with internal and external to handle the exceptions

与公司内（外）的及时沟通下处理相关事宜

-Other tasks assigned by manager，such as dummy booking

其他由上级领导安排的工作

职位要求：

-Good experience in documentation and fluent English

良好的海运单证相关经验，英语流利

-Associate degree above

大专以上学历

- Good communication skill, responsible, active

有较强的沟通能力, 工作负责、积极主动

- Working experiences in customs agency will be preferable

有报关行工作经验者优先

-1-2 year industry experiences; the background for global forwarder operator will be preferable

1-2年行业经验，有国际货运操作岗位工作经验者优先
