Job Overview
Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the plant operations. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analyst/Cost accountant, conducting monthly plant reviews, performing conversion/material productivity analysis, supporting plant capital investment decisions, ensuring plant operates in a compliance mode
Key Responsibilities:
61 Partner with Plant operations to drive plant financial achievement, collaborate with functional teams to drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity
61 Perform in plant MOR review, provide recommendations for corrective actions and opportunities for improvement to operation functions
61 Responsible for month/quarter/year-end financial closing process, prepare accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and explanations to regional Ops Finance and Plant GM
61 Aim to identify and highlight business risks timely and coordinate with Ops function to mitigate effectively
61 Instill strong internal controls and ensure that the plant operates with full compliance, focus on internal control enhancement
61 Support the business in key contract and agreement reviews, work with respective stakeholders to protect TE’s best interest
61 Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases
Required/Preferred Experience
61 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management
61 10+ years’ experience in operations 03nance accounting with a minimum of 3 years of management experience
61 Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, SAP experience would be a plus
61 Account recognition and 03nancial controls experience
61 Fluent in English both written and spoken
61 Analytical thinking, details oriented and problem-solving orientation
61 Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment
