负责落实监督各部门文件的审核、生效、发放、回收和保存；

Be responsible for preparing document review plans and auditing the appropriateness, adequacy and effectiveness of departmental documents as required

负责编制文件评审计划，按要求稽核各部门文件的适宜性、充分性及有效性；

3、Be responsible for organizing all internal auditors to conduct regular supervisory audits within the company, and guiding auditors to track the formulation of corrective actions for non-conformities and verify their effectiveness to ensure the effective operation of the system.

负责组织所有内审员对公司内部进行定期监督审核，组织内审员跟踪各不符合项的整改措施制定及效果确认，保证体系的有效运行；

4、Be responsible for developing annual internal audit plans regularly, supervising the execution and implementation of the plans, conducting internal audits and management reviews, and tracking the improvement and implementation of non-conformities/improvement items.

负责定期制定年度内审计划，并监督内审计划的执行与落实，做好内部审核和管理评审，跟踪各不符合项/改进项的改进和落实；

5、Be responsible for assisting CRM in hosting customer audits to ensure smooth passage, and tracking the improvement and enhancement of non-conformities/improvement items.

负责协助CRM接待客户审核，保证审核的顺利通过；跟踪各不符合项/改进项的改善与提升；

6、Be responsible for training new employees on the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and quality awareness.

负责公司内新入职员工质量管理体系及质量意识培训；

7、Be responsible for the planning and organization of relevant special quality activities within the company.

负责公司内的相关质量专项活动的策划、组织等

8、Be responsible for supervising the on-schedule calibration of all controlled calibrated instruments in the company.

负责监督公司内所有受控校准仪器的校准工作的按期进行
