1.Overseas Product R&D:

Formulate global technical strategies for regional markets and oversee full-cycle management of new product development. Establish localized product development pathways based on IEC, IEEE, BS, AS, and other international standards, ensuring thorough analysis of market requirements, design of technical roadmaps, and commercialization of R&D outcomes.

2.Global Market System Development:

Establish overseas market expansion mechanisms and lead brand promotion activities at international exhibitions and technical summits. Prioritize strategic partnerships with key customers such as overseas power utilities and EPC contractors to promote long-term technical cooperation.

3.Technical Team Capacity Building:

Design an international talent development framework, fostering multidisciplinary teams through technical workshops and cross-project rotations. Establish an industry-specific knowledge repository and organize regular international certification training and cross-border technical exchanges.
