Sales Manager-Key Account

职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the business development with the main target to understand the customer needs and requirements in proposing solutions that add value to their business.
2. Be the main contact person and will represent the main customer needs in our organization.
3. Directly responsible as a single contact window for international Customer.
4. Defines and executes Customer Strategies to achieve sales target and help customer to grow in the local market.
5. Monitor and improve sales development of the existing product range.
6. Proactively identifies new business opportunities and services based on market research and talks with customer. Present and introduce new product solutions and services to customers.
7. Organize regular review meetings/calls with customer for aligning and updating on customers priorities with offering continuous improvements and innovative solutions.
8. Customer on-site visit (if necessary) to get deep understanding of customer pain points and develop solution. Maintain trustful and pleasant customer relationships.
9. Controls monthly sales and profitability figures and create a forecast for the following months. Analyze deviation reason and plans immediate actions to catch up the plan.
10. Conduct regular sales reporting and analysis to monitor healthy sales development.
11. Participation in various relevant product fairs with product managers or/and customers to spot new product opportunities, if necessary.
12. Participation in relevant supplier -and factory visits to develop new products in coordination with the customers, if necessary.
13. Coordinate the development of new products with internal departments (product, purchasing, quality, finance).
14. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives.
15. Other work assigned by superior and company.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields is preferred.
2. At least 5-year related working experience.
3. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Other Languages as German, French, Spanish etc. would be a plus.
4. Strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with key influencers and stakeholders within the sales organization.
5. Hands-on mentality.
6. High Customer and Market Orientation and drive cross departmental cooperation.
7. Willingness to travel and visit suppliers and customer (National / International).
8. Strong ownership and solution-oriented way of working for problem solving.
9. An entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
10. Experience and skills in relation to purchasing, product development and sales is preferred.
11. Good at finding and communicating solutions to product, technical and business challenges.
12. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement.
13. Experience in foreign trade sales is preferred.
14. Good mental and physical health condition.
