二、负责假冒件管控/Responsible for counterfeit parts control

1.组织对假冒产品事件进行调查分析/Organise investigations and analyses of counterfeit product incidents

2.对假冒产品或疑似假冒产品进行隔离处理/Segregation of counterfeit or suspected counterfeit products

3.对员工进行假冒件相关培训/Training of employees on counterfeit parts

三、编写产线产品作业指导书及填写说明/Prepare production line product work instructions and instructions for completing them

1.确定检验点，检验工具，设计检验方法/Determine the inspection points, inspection tools, design of inspection methods.

四、编写工装定检作业指导书及填写说明/Preparation of work order inspection work instructions and instructions for completing them

五、编写IQC入厂标准/金属/化学品等检查单及填写说明 / Prepare IQC checklists for incoming standards/metals/chemicals etc. and instructions for completing them.

六、负责不合格品管控/Responsible for the control of non-conforming products

1.管控生产过程中出现的不合格品/Control of non-conforming products in the production process

2.分析、评审接收区、在制品、顾客退返的不合格品/Analysing and evaluating non-conformities in the receiving area, work-in-process and customer returns.

七、负责外来物管控质量相关工作 / Responsible for quality control of exotics.

1.负责多余物管控的监督和问题处理 / Responsible for the supervision and problem handling of surplus control

八、负责标识和可追溯性质量相关工作 / Responsible for quality related work on labelling and traceability

检查产品标识的完整性及正确性 / Check the completeness and correctness of product labelling

九、负责库存管理及配送质量相关工作 / Responsible for inventory management and distribution quality

1.负责生产过程中使用物资的检验判定及处理意见 / Responsible for the inspection and judgement of the materials used in the production process and the opinion of treatment;

2.负责呆滞物料的质量确认 / Responsible for the quality confirmation of defective materials

十、负责化学品管理质量相关工作 / Responsible for chemicals management quality-related work

1.对生产过程质量的监控、过程产品的测量以及最终产品的检验 / Monitoring of the quality of the production process, measurement of the process product and inspection of the final product;

2.牵头组织生产过程中产生的不合格品的调查和处理 / Lead the organisation of investigation and handling of non-conformities generated during the production process

十一、负责制定产品标准检验流程 / Responsible for the development of product standard inspection process

1.包括测量计划，标准检验说明书，检验作业指导书 / Includes measurement plans, standard inspection instructions, and inspection work instructions.

2.对内部产生过程进行监控，指导检验员检验工作 / Monitor the internal production process and guide the inspectors in their inspection work.
