前期质量工程师

1. University degree or above education with 5+ years of work experience. Mechanical related majors are preferred.

大学本科以上，5年以上工作经验，机械相关专业优先。

2. Experience in high precision machining industry, familiar with CNC/Polishing/Electrochemical Polishing

具有高精密机加工经验，熟悉CNC/抛光/电抛等工艺

3. Familiar with quality management procedure for new product development and introduction and with practical experience.

熟悉产品开发和新产品导入品质管理流程，具有新产品导入全流程实战经验。

5. CET-4 or above, proficient in reading and writing, oral communication is preferred.

英语4级以上水平，读写熟练，能口语交流优先。

6. Detail-oriented and result-oriented, sticking to principles.

细节和结果导向，坚持原则。

7．Must have the ability to understand the mechanical drawing, experience in GD&T is preferred,

必需能看懂机械图纸，熟悉GD&T优先。

岗位职责：

1. Participate in the review of customer needs/drawings and formulate product quality requirements.

参与客户需求/图纸评审，制定产品的品质要求。

2. Participate in design reviews at all stages, supervise the effectiveness of reviews and risk control.

参与各阶段设计评审，监督评审有效性和风险把控；

3. Participate in the manufacturing process and process verification of FA samples, and be responsible for following up the issues during FA process and make summary for FA trial production.

参与FA样品的制作过程和工艺验证，负责FA产品过程问题跟进和FA试制总结。

4. Define and review inspection plan during FA stage，review FAI, CPK and other reports to ensure the approval of FAIR from customer.

制定及评审各阶段的检验计划， 评审FAI、CPK等报告，保证所提交FAIR的客户批准。

5. Organize internal review of the transfer of new products to mass production to ensure that the processes meet the requirements of mass production.

组织公司内部转量产评审，确保产品达到量产性要求。

6. Formulate product control plan and train inspectors.

制定产品控制计划，对检验员进行培训。

7. Establish new customer appearance inspection standards according to customer requirements for new customers。

对新客户，根据客人要求建立新客户外观检验标准。

8. Organize the quality verification and approval of new processes and new materials. 组织对新工艺、新材料的品质验证及承认。

9. Deal with customer complaints during FA stage if FAIR is rejected.

处理FA阶段的客诉（FAIR被拒收）。

10. Prepare PPAP documents and follow up the progress with customer if needed. PPAP资料准备和跟进（如需要）。
