2.Define product quality progressive goal for each product project. Develop the quality standard, control methodology and problem solving/evaluation process. Using those systematic tools to keep product quality in consistent level, also do the continuous improvement to save quality cost.

3.Use TCRR (total customer return rate) tools to predict, measure and improve the customer return rate.

4.Work with SC team/R&D/PM to do risk assessment when face the problem/issues in 3T，mass production or field issue, use it to make decision avoid or minimize risk.

5.Drive Fupan activities, be involved in EWG analysis and LL activities. Drive product quality improvement based on customer's feedback.职位描述：

1. 基于PDP流程管理产品质量。在产品生命周期中担任质量项目经理。领导包括CQM、SQE和PE在内的核心团队成员，审查整体质量表现并做出核心团队决策。

2. 为每个产品项目定义产品质量的逐步目标。制定质量标准、控制方法和问题解决/评估流程。使用这些系统化工具保持产品质量的一致性，并进行持续改进以降低质量成本。

3. 使用TCRR工具来预测、测量和改善客户退货率。

4. 与SC团队/R&D/PM合作，在3T、量产或现场问题中进行风险评估，利用这些评估做出决策以避免或最小化风险。

5. 推动Fupan活动，参与EWG分析和LL活动。根据客户反馈推动产品质量的持续改进。

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in EE or ME is preferred.

2. 3 years and above engineering experience in mobile phone, familiar with mobile phone hardware and software technology.

3. Quality BB or GB/6 sigma project experience is preferred.

4. Experience on smart phone/pad is preferred5. Project management experience is preferred6. Fluent speaking and writing in English, Japanese is preferred.任职要求：
