岗位职责
1. 根据集团各公司对所需零部件的要求,挖掘相应的采购渠道。
2. 参与新产品开发过程中供应商的选择和评估,并对供应商样品进行质量检验和验证。
3. 负责审核和评估供应商的质量管理体系,确保其符合公司的质量标准和要求。
4. 建立和维护与供应商的良好沟通渠道,及时解决与供应商发生的质量问题,促进供应商
的持续改进。
5. 对供应商的原材料、零部件、成品进行质量检验和控制,确保其质量稳定可靠。
6. 收集、分析、反馈供应商的质量数据,为公司的质量决策提供依据。
7. 协助处理客户对供应商产品质量的投诉,参与质量问题的调查和解决,制定纠正和预防
措施。
8. 支持供应商实施质量改进项目,以提高产品质量和生产效率。
9. 定期对供应商的质量绩效进行评估,并根据评估结果对供应商进行分类管理。
10. 必要时,供应商出货前,需到厂参与出厂前的质检。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历优先,质量管理、机械工程、材料学等相关专业优先。
2. 具有 3 年以上供应商质量管理工作经验,熟悉汽车、电子、机械等行业的质量管理体系
和标准。
3. 具有良好的质量意识和解决问题的能力,能够独立处理供应商质量问题。
4. 精通质量管理工具和方法,如 8D 报告、FMEA、SPC 等。
5. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能够与供应商和内部部门进行有效的沟通和
协作。
6. 具有较强的数据分析能力,能够通过数据分析发现质量问题和潜在风险。
7. 英语听、说、读、写流利,能够与国外供应商进行有效的沟通和互动。
8. 会德语者优先。
9. 愿意出差。

Job Description of SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)
Reporting to: G.A. Manager
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for various component sourcing based on the requests from group entities.
2. Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers during the new product development
process and conduct quality inspection and verification of suppliers' samples.
3. Be responsible for auditing and evaluating the supplier's quality management system to
ensure it meets the company's quality standards and requirements.
4. Establish and maintain good communication channels with suppliers, promptly solve quality
problems that occur with suppliers and support continuous improvements of suppliers.
5. Conduct quality inspection and control of suppliers' raw materials, components, and finished
products to ensure their stable and reliable quality.
6. Collect, analyze and feedback suppliers' quality data to provide a basis for the company's
quality decisions.
7. Assist in handling customer complaints with regards to the quality of suppliers' products,
participate in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and formulate corrective and
preventive measures.
8. Support suppliers to implement quality improvement projects to improve product quality and
production efficiency.
9. Regularly evaluate suppliers' quality performance and manage suppliers in categories
according to the evaluation results.
10. Conduct outgoing quality inspections at the supplier side before delivery on request.
Qualification Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or above with a preference for majors related to quality management,
mechanical engineering, materials science, etc will be preferred.
2. With more than 3 years of working experience in supplier quality management, familiar with
the quality management systems and standards of industries such as automotive, electronics,
and machinery.
3. Have a good quality awareness and problem-solving ability and be able to handle supplier
quality issues independently.
4. Be proficient in quality management tools and methods, such as 8D reports, FMEA, SPC, etc.
5. Have a good communication and coordination skills and a team spirit, and be able to
communicate and collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
6. Have a strong data analysis ability, and be able to discover quality problems and potential risks
through data analysis.
7. Be fluent in Chinese and English language; listening, speaking, reading and writing, and be able
to communicate and interact effectively with foreign colleagues and suppliers.
8. German language skills will be a plus.
9. Willing to travel.
