Role Purpose
Fully support reporting manager in developing pricing strategies. Integrate and coordinate the pricing of all POS in CNHK, standardize and unify pricing standards for all POS. Pricing structure & competition analysis. Market investigation and data analysis.
Key Accountability
1. Support the Regional Manager to design and implement market-aligned pricing strategies for CNHK, ensuring alignment with company revenue target.
2. Standardize and unify pricing standards across all POS in CNHK, ensuring consistency and compliance with regional guidelines.
3. Lead the submission of CNHK pricing proposals to RMD, coordinate approval processes, and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
4. Conduct regular reviews and updates of MH product pricing, balancing competitiveness, profitability, and market demand.
5. Perform in-depth market research, competitor pricing analysis, and demand forecasting to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Build predictive pricing models using historical sales data, seasonality trends, and demand forecasts to maximize revenue across CNHK markets.
7. Analyse booking patterns, customer demographics, and channel performance (e.g., OTAs, corporate clients) to develop segmented pricing strategies.
8. Monitor competitor fares, inventory levels, and market shifts to dynamically adjust pricing, maintaining competitiveness while protecting margins.
9. Conduct data-driven studies to assess price sensitivity across routes and customer segments, refining strategies to optimize volume-revenue balance.
10. Maintain the partnership with Travelsky and support to develop/optimize NDC integration.
11. Regularly audit pricing accuracy across all platforms (GDS, NDC), resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualification(s)
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Fluent English & Mandarin.
3. Team player with diligent, careful, precise, logical, steady and responsible work attitude.
4. Fast learner and able to work well under pressure.
5. Airlines working experience is preferred.
6. People with Pricing / Data analysis ability & skills / Excel / Power BI are most desirable.
