Booking expense in ERP and prepare payment schedule to cashier as well as input VAT verification.

Key responsibilities主要职责

Timely AP booking in ERP

Monthly Input VAT verification and reconciliation

Prepare month end closing, include expense accrual, amortization, etc..

Bank and related accounts reconciliation

Prepare payment summary and schedule to cashier

Monthly inter-company reconciliation.

Other assignments by line manager

Professional Knowledge, Experience and Educational Level 专业知识经验和教育水平

- Bachelor graduate or above, majored in Finance or related areas

- 1 year working experience;

- Strong communication, clear thinker and open minded.
