Main tasks and responsibilities:
61 Develop and implement on the recruiting and training policies of the company;
61 Develop and implement recruiting plans to HC open requisitions;
61 Performing hiring activities, including out-of-town recruiting;
61 Work on recruitment report and analysis, defined and improve the progress &practice to determine the appropriate action;
61 Search more effective recruitment channel and shorten the cycle time of recruitment;
61 Work out and follow up the yearly training plan with line manager and drive the action plan and evaluation result.
61 Provide the training coordinator and admin service, update the training records in time.
61 Responsible for the employee communication, employee disputes handling and business injury issues;
61 Maintain personal information in HR system, daily attendance records update and provide the report correctly;
61 Other tasks assigned by Department manager
Competencies and Qualifications:
61 Minimum 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor degree in HR or related, HR experience in sales company is preferred;
61 Good Communication in both Mandarin and English;
61 Good use of Word, Excel and PPT;
61 Be active in acquiring business knowledge;
61 Nice personality with patience, carefulness and react quickly;
61 Willing to take new challenge and glad to undertake responsibilities and confront well with working pressure;
61 Good teamwork spirit;
61 Good communication skills.
