Sr Specialist, Key Accounts 大客户管理专员

1. Support the Account Implementation function in APAC

2. To work closely with Global Implementation team to arrange Account Implementation of new-awarded Complex Accounts.

3. Work with various department including Sales, Operation, SAN to ensure operation requirement information is well collected with full assessment and transfer into SOP language with good coordination with local Operation for their compliance & execution.

4. Monitor the implementation progress and customer satisfaction level of onboarding 3 new trial shipments.

5. Timely update implementation tracker and load related doc into Implementation sharepoint.

6. Communicate with Sr Manager, Service Assurance AMEA for progress of each Account Implementation and provide weekly implementation status report.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with high efficiency to collect related Operational requirement info and other implementation with full assessment.

2. Create and disseminate the SOP, and make sure operations aware of and in compliance with the key accounts procedure and KPI.

3. Conduct briefing session to ensure operations efficiency and SOP compliance within the Region.

4. Maintenance of Account Implementation record in system and prepare dashboard for progress monitoring.

5. Co-ordinate with related local operation in AMEA to fully understand SOP requirement and ensure their full endorsement and execution.

6. Ensure full visibility & Progress control of Account Implementation in AMEA and update Implementation sharepoint in timely manner.

7. Act as back-up in the absence of Senior Manager, Key Accounts and Implementation APAC in handling the designated key accounts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2. 7 years professional experience in international transportation coordinating air and ocean transport operations.

3. 12 years relevant Key Accounts & Implementation experience

4. Strong Language and communication skill.

5. Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.

6. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.

7. Self discipline and self motivated.

8. Can work independently with minimal supervision.

9. Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
