Program Manager

61 Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align data, reporting and analytics efforts with business goals

61 Lead efforts to optimize and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance

61 Partner with IT, internal data teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs

61 Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data ecosystem, including data sources, data models and data flows

61 Lead the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities

61 Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting requirements

61 Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders

61 Perform analysis and hypothesis testing to answer business questions and support decision-making

61 Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

61 Proficiency in data management tools, technologies and business intelligence systems such SQL, Power BI, EDW, Snowflake

61 Experience in SAP, INCA, Salesforces

61 Experience working in semi-conductors or electronics in either quality, product engineering

61 Strong engineering and/or program/project management background

61 Proven experience in business operations, reporting, data warehousing and analytics

61 Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and initiatives

61 Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance

61 Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs

61 Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels

61 Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience

61 Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

61 PMP is preferred

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

61 BS/MS studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Analytics

61 6+ years of experience performing the role of Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or equivalent
