岗位职责
1.Provide service for the customers through coordinating with related departments to ensure the implementation of customer orders and delivery on time resulting in increased customer satisfaction.通过协调相关部门为客户提供服务,确保客户订单的执行和准时交货,提高客户满意度。
2.Monitor customer forecast and regularly maintain data in ERP system, Coordinate with purchasing dept to do well in material planning.监控客户预测并定期在ERP系统中维护数据,协调采购部门做好物料计划。
3. Customer order receiving and key in system to ensure data accuracy.接收客户订单并录入系统,确保数据的准确性。
4.Confirm order schedule with planner and feedback to customer.与计划人员确认订单进度并反馈给客户。
675.Finish Goods monitor e.g. Stock build planning, Stock delivery planning etc.成品监控,如库存建立计划,库存交付计划等6.Arrange shipment as customer requirements,Customer RMA coordination按客户需求发货,协调客户RMA7.Customer payment check regularly, Handling new inquiries either from External Sales or from customers.客户询价,安排及跟踪样品交付
任职要求
1.College or above in international trade/ English or related大专及以上学历,英语或国际贸易相关专业2.At least 2 year experience in customer service dept or related dept2年以上相关工作经验3.Familiarity with order processing and customer forecast analysis operations熟悉订单处理及客户需求预测分析3.Good communication skills良好的沟通技巧4. Good English, both written and spoken良好的英语听说读写能力
