海运出口操作客服（一单到底）

主要为南美线和欧线！

Key tasks & responsibilities

- Accept and check bookings of our clients.

- Do pre-booking checks to ensure the cargo situation, and decide shipping mode - FCL, Consol Box, LCL.

- Send forecasts & submit bookings to carriers.

- Follow up space issues, customs clearance, and trucking services.

- Work with the shipper for the SI & VGM submission.

- Ensure necessary data is input into system timely and correctly, including shipment data, cost and revenue.

- Complete all related tasks subject to SOPs and KPIs.

- Invoicing, tracking statements & invoices, return of bills and issuance of bills of lading.

- Support key account requirements such as reporting, system data updating and so on.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Position requirements

- College or above, majoring in logistics management is preferable.

- CET 4 or above, proficient in English is a plus.

- More than 5 years of related working experience.

- Export operations experience covering multiple ports is preferable.

- Strong communication skills, quick minded, detail oriented, high sense of responsibility, team player.

工作内容：

-接受客户托书并订舱。

-货物信息确认，并决定运输方式是整箱、拼箱还是散货。

-发送预测并向船公司提交预订。

-跟进舱位、清关和卡车运输。

-与发货人合作提交SI和VGM文件。

-确保必要的数据及时正确地输入系统，包括装运数据、成本和收入。

-开票，跟踪对账单和发票、退单寄送和提单签发。

-协助完成大客户的需求，如报告、系统数据更新等。

-上级经理分配的其他任务。

岗位要求：

-大专或以上学历，物流管理专业优先。

-英语四级或以上，英语熟练者优先。

-5年以上相关工作经验。

-有多个港口出口操作经验者优先。

-沟通能力强，思维敏捷，注重细节，高度责任感，团队合作精神。
