属地化质量检验员

负责本岗位在EHS体系中的有关职责；

- In charge of daily inspection in range.

负责分管物料的日常检验；

- In charge of quality control in range. For example, inspection and validation of products according to relevant procedures, identifying the quality conformity of products and releasing conforming products.

负责本岗位的质量控制，如根据相关程序文件完成产品检验或验证，对产品的符合性进行识别，有权对符合要求的产品进行放行；

- The problems found by statistics and analysis are transmitted to the customer service Department for internal solution in time;

统计、分析发现的问题，及时传递到客服部内部解决；

- Help analyze, handle quality issues from customers, meet the requirement of internal and external customer.

协助分析、处理和解决客户抱怨的质量问题，满足内、外部客户的质量需求；

- In charge of filling in, keeping and archiving relevant quality records.

根据检验结果填写相关质量记录，保留和存档相关文本资料；

- In charge of recording, coordinating, handling and following up the non-conforming issues, helping do the investigation of external NCR issues.

负责记录、协调、处理、跟踪检验中发现的不良问题，协助外部NCR不良现象的调查；

- Have an authority to reject any activity which does not comply with requirement (such as: Operator, Method, Engineering, etc)

有权叫停不按照要求(生产人员、工艺、工程等) 操作的任何活动；

- Support internal, customer and the third part audit

参与内、外部的相关审核；

- In charge of the inspection tools individual.

负责各自的检验工具的管理；

- In charge of 5S management in range.

负责本岗位的5S管理；

- Finishing the other work required by leader

完成领导要求的其它工作。
