What You Will Do
61 Designing and assisting dealers on the parts and services forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques.
61 Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
61 Acting within the business process guidance on review and approval of commercial and technical support actions.
61 Joint Customer Visits: Plan joint visits with dealers to key customers to showcase products and address any concerns directly. This collaborative effort helps to reinforce the dealer's credibility and provides a more cohesive sales pitch.
61 Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.
61 Supporting new offering and new channel strategy.

Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
61 Uses 'value selling' techniques to successfully engage customers.
61 Researches the customer's industry and organization before attempting sales calls.
61 Discusses issues and considerations regarding current 'value selling' practices and recommends potential improvements.
61 Quantifies proposed costs, benefits and value in customer terms.
Top Candidates Also Have
61 University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience required.
61 7+ years in previous commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions
61 Fluent in English
61 Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
61 Knowledge of genset or engine products and applications
61 Strong drive and organizational capabilities
61 Previous experience of working in a multinational company and matrix organization
Additional Info:
61 This role requires travelling up to 60%+ of the time within APAC region.
