Accountant 会计

1. Responsible for Accounts payable ledger daily work and perform necessary AP invoice bookings in ERP, including Goods-in documents, invoice amount, also expense requests checking, supporting documents and corresponding approval.

负责应付帐款的日常工作和并在ERP系统中进行必要的记账，包括入库单据，发票金额，以及费用申请的核对，检查附属支持文件及相应的审批。

2. Maintain and review vendor master data financial part in ERP system.

维护ERP系统供应商主数据财务相关信息

3. Assist in timely oversea payment documents preparation.

海外付款相关文件准备与协助

4. Support AP and Expense analysis.

协助应付账款及费用相关分析工作

5. Provide Monthly expenses analysis report and accounts payables control

提供月度费用分析报告及账户付款控制

6. Support A/P process risk controlling and procedure continuous improvement

协助应付流程风险控制及流程改进

7. Cost control if applicable

费用控制

8. Support annual internal auditing and external auditing.

协助年度内部审计和外部审计

9. Finish other work required by the supervisor.

完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。

REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求

1. Education background and working experience 教育背景与工作经历：

Bachelor degree and major in Accounting or Finance related

会计或财务相关专业本科及以上学历

Over 2 years working experience in MNC

至少2年以上外企相关经验

2. Working Skill/工作技能：

Professional knowledge and capability for this job

财务专业知识

Good skill in English/Chinese communication

能运用英文和中文进行沟通

Good learning ability and can handle work independently

学习能力强，能独立工作

Familiar with SAP or other common ERP system and EXCEL

熟悉SAP或其他通用ERP系统，熟练运用EXCEL

Familiar with relevant PRC accounting, abide by professional ethics

熟悉中华人民共和国财务相关法律法规，遵守职业规范
