投资经理

·根据公司的投资方向和策略协助进行项目挖掘，开展拟投项目的市场及行业研究以提供决策参考;

·参与构建财务模型、项目估值以及回报分析;

·参与项目尽职调查、评估以及谈判并提出投资方案;

·支持投资项目的实施，撰写相关投资报告及流程推进;

·负责跟踪被投项目的运营，提供相关的战略管理和咨询。

·AssistinprojectexcavationaccordingtotheFund'sinvestmentdirectionandstrategy,andcarryoutmarketandindustryresearchontheproposedprojecttoprovidedecision-makingreference;

·Participateintheconstructionoffinancialmodels,projectvaluationandreturnanalysis;

·Participateinprojectduediligence,evaluationandnegotiationandproposeinvestmentplans;

·Supporttheimplementationofinvestmentprojects,writerelevantinvestmentreportsandprocessadvancement;

·Responsiblefortrackingtheoperationsoftheprojectsbeinginvestedandprovidingrelevantstrategicmanagementandconsulting.

/Requirements:

·国内外一流学府本科及以上学历，理工类专业背景优先;

·3年投资相关交易执行或战略运营规划经验，有消费品、时尚零售、大健康、TMT类知名项目落地交割经验。有跨境并购和buyout项目经验优先。

·具备优秀的财务分析能力和极强的商业敏感度;

·对新生事物有强烈的探知欲望和敏感性，学习和接受能力快;

·优秀的中英文书写及口语能力，能用流利的口语和当地交易对象进行战略谈判。

·AtleastBachelor’sdegreefromtop-tierschoolsinChinaorworldwide;Science/Engineering-relatedmajorspreferred;

·3yearsofexperienceininvestment-relatedtransactionexecutionorstrategicoperationplanning.Skilledinprojectdeliveryinfieldsofconsumergoods,fashionretail,comprehensivehealth,TMT,etc.Experienceincross-borderM&Aandbuyoutispreferred;

·Strongfinancialanalyticalskillsandbusinessacumen;

·Curious,flexible,aquick-learner

·FluentinEnglish&Mandarinoralandwritingskills,inparticularly,theabilitytoconductnegotiationinabusinesssetting.
