工作职责Job Function

1. 在中国市场提升BAUMANN弹簧触指解决方案领导者地位

Promote BAUMANN as the leading supplier of contact element solutions in China

2. 根据商业计划在中国市场建立一个赢利弹簧触指业务

Build-up a profitable business with contact elements in China according to the business plan

3. 确保向客户提供优异的服务(例如：询价、样品需求、客户投诉)

Ensure excellent services to customer (e.g. RFQs, sample requests, customer complaints)

4. 通过定期的客户拜访理解客户需求并把相关的结论和建议和管理层沟通（例如：改进、大客户战略等）

Understand the “Voice of Customer” through regular visits and communicate relevant conclusions and recommendations to management (e.g. improvements, key account strategy etc.)

5. 同其他区域客户经理一起建立和维护国际化客户（例如：定期相互沟通并更新正在进行的活动）

Penetrate and serve international customers jointly with Account Managers in other geographies (e.g. regular mutual update on ongoing activities)

6. 收集市场需求信息、业务机会并对商业计划作相应更新（同上级保持一致）

Collect information on market demand and business opportunities and update business plan accordingly (in accordance with supervisor)

7. 收集直接竞争对手和可替代品信息并和管理层沟通结论和建议

Collect competitors’ and substitutes’ information and communicate conclusions and recommendations to management

8. 跟踪财务部门未能如期收集的货款并收到通知后采取适当的行动

Follow up on account receivable if our Finance department failed to collect overdue payment from customer and take appropriate action when required.

9. 谨慎仔细地评估合同、商业条款等内容，最小化商业风险

Minimize business risks by diligently reviewing contracts, commercial terms etc.

任职资格Qualification and Requirement

- 大学学历 (学士，硕士或同等学历)，工程（学）背景尤佳；

University degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent), engineering background is plus;

- 充实的业务开发和大客户管理经验，至少3年销售工作经验；

Track record as business development and key account manager, at least 3 years of sales function;

- 拥有高压大电流连接端子、高压连接器和新能源汽车行业相关经验尤佳；

Experience in high-voltage high-current connection terminals, high-voltage connectors and new energy automotive industry is a plus;

- 拥有中、高压开关相关经验尤佳；

Experience with high and medium voltage switchgear is a plus;

- 有意愿快速学习弹簧触指应用；

Willing to learn Contact Element application quickly;

- 优秀的 MS-Office 工具技能；

Excellent MS-Office tool skill;

- 渴望在一个创业团队工作；

Eager to work in an entrepreneurial team setting;

- 英语、普通话流利；

Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must;

- 有兴趣为瑞士企业工作；

Interested to work for a Swiss Company;

- 良好的沟通和推介技能；

Good communication and presentation skills;

- 较强的业务开发能力；

Capabilities in business development;

- 开朗外向、团队合作；

Extroverted, Good team player

- 愿意出差；
