Mechanical BU Engineer-E&D 气动工程师

Determining and defining sustainability targets;

Review of the design of mechanical systems, produced by other team members, for technical compliance with specified and contracted client / customer requirements;

Review of all mechanical tender documentation;

Implementing the design checklist and tracking progress;

Arranging internal design reviews with the support of the HOD;

Representing the Mechanical Team in monthly Client Meetings;

Compiling lessons learned and briefing HOD on same;

Formulating any necessary recovery plans relating to:

Design

Cost

Schedule

Other Duties

To promote safe working practices and to protect the health and well-being of Employees, Sub-contractors and Customers;

To create and maintain a professional atmosphere in the workplace. This shall be achieved through example;

To create a focused Mechanical Team, and provide adequate and appropriate support to all team members;

To ensure that all mechanical Team members are fully conversant with their scope of works and the extent of the obligations of Exyte

To protect the interests of the company;

The typical technical and commercial scope would include, as a minimum; pricing of Request For Quotations; report writing; design; all stages of tendering through to award; construction; commissioning through to completion; surveys and fact finding; trouble shooting; final account evaluation etc;

Willing to travel and relocate to project sites in other cities as per requirements

Ad hoc duties as determined by management.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (skills):

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject

Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certification

9 - 11 years professional related experience

Semiconductor or Life Sciences project experience is required
