4.Lead customer vehicle pre-launch assembly feedback issue tracking.

5.Attend customer project regular review meeting and open issues follow up.

6.Support customer on site audit. Support customer vehicle assembly.

7.Attend PDT meeting, DR review for new projects.

8.Across lessons learnt to new platform

9.Response customer complaints timely and set up containment as needed

10.Keep responsible people informed about customer’s requirements;
