1. Monitor production processes to avoid mistake happened on our products.

2. Conduct in line inspection at supplier to make sure standard same as ours.

3. Conduct final inspection to avoid potential problems.

4. Monitor the container loading or packaging methods if necessary.

5. Feedback to your team leader on your findings during inspection, which was based on your detailed work.

6. Give advice to supplier on how to deal with the defects or potential problems.

7. Prepare the inspection report and get supplier agreement on your findings.

8. Take inspection photos for further traceability.

9. Send back inspection report within timeline.

10. Always keep the report clear and clean for easy read.

11. Always comply with company policy and QC Manual.

12. Once there is needed, also need involve into new sample development with buying team. (factory visit, sample checking, etc) .

Requirements:

1. Above College Diploma in any Engineering subject.

2. Familiar with furniture making processes, especially for upholstery, wood working process, painting, metal welding, powder coating, and know how to improve the process or technology.

3. Good communication skill and problem solving skill

4. Good computer knowledge in Microsoft software (Word, Excel) to finish QC report

5. Be able to write and speak English

6. At least 5 year inspection experience on Furniture side (Wood, Metal or Upholstered items)

6. Must have experience or knowledge related to painting and woodworking.

Others requirements：

1. Honest， independently

2. Previous employment in sizable EU buying office, third party or trading firm for EEC retail market is a definite asset

3. Follow company policy and self-controlled during daily work
