To upgrade the effectiveness of our finance operations we are looking for an energetic, solution-oriented, and result-driven personality with excellent organizational and leadership skills, rounded by outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job location:
Current resident in Changzhou or Wuxi but with frequent travels between Wuxi, Changzhou and Shanghai.
The successful candidate will have:
- Competence to manage the financial health of our company based on a robust financial and accounting knowledge, with comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, relevant laws, regulations, and best practices background.
- Superior analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic financial planning advice to the organization.
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Effective organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities within the organization.
- Capability to operate on multiple levels of abstraction, from strategy to execution, with sound business-mind, high degree of commercial understanding and a long-term horizon.
- High ethical standards and integrity in all financial management processes and decisions with a fully transparent work style and active communication attitude.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to manage and direct a team of financial professionals, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain financial concepts and information to non-financial staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Excellent English skills, verbal and in writing.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record as finance manager in an international manufacturing corporation or related experience.
- 12+ years finance experience in a multinational company with reporting to foreign HQ; 5+ years’ experience managing a team.
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
- CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
- Consulting/ Financial Advisory background is a strong plus.
- Able to speak fluent English.
- Age mid 30 to 40 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards.
- Risk Management: Identification and Mitigation of Financial Risks, provide insights into the financial health of the organization through detailed financial analysis.
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
- Forecasting and Planning Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- Analyze revenues, expenses, and monthly actual to ensure accuracy and perform variance analyses to ensure financial performance of the business.
- Facilitate ad-hoc and cross-functional strategic and operational projects and execute on strategic projects independently and with Business leaders.
- Create and build models and in-depth analyses to provide insights to key decision-makers in investment and operational strategies.
