1.研究并执行与合规性、安全性、可靠性和产品规格相关的全面自动化测试策略（DFT）。

Research and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies(DFT) related to compliance, safety, reliability and product specitications.

2.创建自动化测试设备。

Create of Automated Test Equipment.

3.测试方法的评估、开发和调试。

Evaluation, development and debug of test methods.

4.负责确保集成电路和FG产品的可测试性和可制造性。

Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits and FG Products.

5.创建和测试验证和生产测试硬件解决方案。

Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.

任职要求

1.3年自动化测试设备（ATE）经验。

3 years experience in Automated Testing Equipment(ATE).

2.Labview/C#/VB编程开发能力。

Labview/C#/VB programming development ability.

3.具备音频测试开发知识。

Have the knowledge of audio test development knowledge.

4.熟悉工厂测试流程。

Familiar with factory test processes.
