Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. HR Strategy & Planning / 人力资源战略与规划
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
制定并执行与公司战略目标一致的人力资源战略。
Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
主导人力资源规划与组织发展项目。
Support management in change management and restructuring efforts.
支持管理层进行变革管理与组织重组。
2. Talent Acquisition & Management / 人才招聘与管理
Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
管理招聘流程,吸引并保留优秀人才。
Manage employer branding and candidate experience.
管理雇主品牌与候选人体验。
Lead onboarding and talent retention programs.
主导新员工入职与人才保留计划。
3. Compensation & Benefits / 薪酬福利管理
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
设计并管理具有竞争力的薪酬福利体系。
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.
确保薪资发放的准确性及合规性。
Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary reviews.
定期进行市场薪酬调研与调整。
4. Employee Relations & Engagement / 员工关系与敬业度
Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues effectively.
营造积极的工作氛围,妥善处理员工问题。
Implement employee engagement surveys and action plans.
组织员工敬业度调研并推动改进计划。
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
确保遵守劳动法及公司政策。
5. Training & Development / 培训与发展
Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
识别培训需求,制定年度培训计划。
Oversee training delivery and evaluate training effectiveness.
管理培训实施并评估培训效果。
Support leadership development and succession planning.
支持领导力发展与人才梯队建设。
6. Performance Management / 绩效管理
Lead the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment with company goals.
主导绩效考核流程,确保与公司目标一致。
Coach managers on performance feedback and development planning.
指导管理层进行绩效反馈与员工发展规划。
7. Compliance & HR Administration / 合规与人力资源行政
Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and corporate standards.
确保所有人力资源操作符合当地劳动法规及公司标准。
Manage HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
管理人力资源文件、合同及员工档案。
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
向高层管理层提交人力资源相关报告。
Qualifications / 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业;硕士优先。
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
至少5–8年人力资源相关工作经验,其中2年以上管理岗位经验。
Indepth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
深入了解当地劳动法规及人力资源管理***实践。
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力与人际交往技巧。
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
熟练使用人力资源信息系统及办公软件。
Fluency or advanced proficiency in English is highly preferred.
英语熟练或精通者优先。
