Test Engineer/测试工程师（车灯环境） (职位编号：21446744)

1.Identify appropriate test methods for the responsible Environmental tests acc.to all various customer specification/根据客户测试标准的要求和大纲制定合适的测试方案并确保所制定的流程满足客户要求

●

2.Review and analyze test procedure acc.to each customer standard and create test flow/根据客户标准研究分析必要的验证步骤并创建合适的试验流程

●

3.Execute test correctly acc.to specification and Hella internal required related procedures. Create and submit test report independently and timely/保证所开展测试的正确性，并独立及时提交有效的试验报告

●

4.Plan reasonable test capacity to ensure all tests execution to meet projects timing for validation, ECM, Re-DtC and requalification/合理分配测试资源并满足各类项目（开发，工程更改，降本以及周期性检验测试的节点的要求

●

5.Analyze the reason of test failure, and feedback to the project team as reference for product optimization/测试失效分析，反馈有效原因给项目组作为后续优化的依据

● B62Test equipment/试验设备管理:

●

1.Create machine working instruction base on responsible equipment and facility, make reasonable equipment maintenance/ calibration planning and tracking the carry out activity/创建负责设备的作业指导书，并制定合理的设备维保，计量和期间核查的计划并跟踪计划的完成度

●

2.Capable to identity the necessary test equipment acc. to customer specification /能根据客户测试需求识别必要的测试设备需求

●

3.Test machine daily management/按要求做好每天设备的正常点检活动

●

4.Issue purchasing application related to responsible machines (spare part, consumable goods…) to ensure defined consumable safe stock/负责采购所负责设备的各种耗材，满足设备正常运行需要

● C Other tasks/其他要求:

●

1.Support to define and review testing jig and fixture concept and construction; Test lab and prototype fix assets and tools/ fixture management/配合设计各类测试支架并根据定义的要求验收测试支架，支架的使用要遵守测试支架管理要

●

2.Participant of CFD/FEM simulation results review/参加项目前期的热学，振动的仿真分析

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

●

1.Test lab engineer working experience ≥1 years, automotive Industry working experience, lighting manufactory working experience preferred/≥1相关实验室工作经验，有汽车车灯试验经验优先

●

2.Strong team working sprit and good attitude with target orientation/有较强的团队精神和清晰的目标和方向

●

3.Engineering bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical automation and computer is preferred/ 电子，机械，自动化和计算机相关专业本科毕业优先

●

4.English: Fluent English in spoken, written, and listening; Familiar with all Microsoft tools (word, excel, etc.) 具备流利英语听说能力并能熟练操作微软办公软件

●

5.Communication skill: Good communication and presentation skill with internal & external/较强的沟通能力
