职位描述

主要工作职责:
Job responsibilities:
1.针对所负责海内外领域内的业务给予前线销售支持,协助销售处理报价、销售合同等文件。
Assist and support sales team during the acquisition process of new business in the PR China and abroad. Assist sales in handling documents such as quotations and sales contracts.
2.完成合同的准备、下发、维护、存档等工作,协助合同执行部门完成内部的订单确认。
Responsible for contract tracking, maintenance, archiving and other related work. Assist contract execution department to complete internal order confirmation.
3.订单录入系统,执行及跟踪。使用内部系统下订单 (合同审查订单),并按确认的合同交付,协助财务跟踪应收账款。
Order fulfilment & follow-up: placing order using internal system, delivery, and support AR for payment if necessary.
4.客户维护及其它特殊要求处理:通过电话,邮件等与客户反馈。
Manage appropriately communication and requests from customers via phone, Skype, email, face to face in English or Mandarin.
5.维护CRM 系统。
Update CRM system.
6.产品宣传材料管理,并负责分类、更新等。
Product promotional and marketing materials management, and responsible for classification, update etc.
7.维护销售数据相关表单。
Maintain sales database and other related forms.
8.公司管理层,员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1.大学本科及以上学历,市场营销专业为佳。
Bachelor’s degree or above major in Marketing.
2.2年以上相关工作经验。
At least 2 years of experience in sales or team assistant.
3.精通办公软件操作。
Excellent in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word).
4.英语读、写熟练(大学英语6级水平)。
Good English in written (CET-6).
5.良好的沟通能力,有团队精神以及自我提升意愿。
Good communication skills, strong team spirit, self-driven.
6.沟通能力强,逻辑清晰,并能承担压力。
Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure.
7.工作积极主动,踏实细心,有责任心。
Proactive, work carefully, and have strong sense of responsibility.
