61 Key contact window with global customers: maintain timely, effective, professional contact with customers at all times:

o Develop quality strategies and policies, tailor-made processes to meet the customer expectations,

o Organize regular meetings with customers to fully understand their needs, link them to the company’s service strategies, and stay in anticipation of their future needs and expectations,

o Help in taking customer enquiries, prepare information they may require and solving any issues they may face in a effective, courteous and timely manner, monitor and improve customer satisfaction where necessary,

61 Overall follow up of key customers’ activities: Lab testing, Audit, Inspection and other added value services: 360 degree on customers’ activities.

61 Identify and develop opportunities to up-sell and provide complete solutions to assigned clients, lead the development, implementation and follow up of new services or procedures,

61 Be instrumental in converting clients by supporting the sales team

61 Communicate effectively with all operation and technical teams to fulfill customer’s requests and expectations and to enhance customer satisfaction,

61 Participate in claims and complaints investigation and resolution by preparing and reviewing the related reports, corrective actions and solutions provided,

61 Undertake any other duties required by the Management.

Education and experience requirements:

61 Engineering degree holder in mechanical, electrical or other discipline,

61 At least 5 years experience in account management or customer technical services,

61 Experience in consumer testing laboratory will be an advantage, Knowledge of construction materials products and regulations will be an advantage,

61 Self-starter, positive thinker, well organized, excellent social, presentation and negotiation skills,

61 Fluent in English and Mandarin,

61 Fluent in another language such as French, Spanish or German would be a strong plus.
