Job Description：
The Accessory Project Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of accessory products that complement our core offerings in cosmetics, gaming, entertainment, and beverage industries. These products include but are not limited to metal, plastic, glass, and textile gift products, small appliances, disc compilation gift boxes, figurines, and beverage accessories such as stainless steel shakers and jiggers.
1. Project Planning and Management:
- Responsible to the planning and execution of accessory development projects from concept through to launch, ensuring adherence to product specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D,operation,QA,Engineers and to ensure integrated project plans.
2. Supplier Engagement:
- Identify and engage with external vendors and suppliers to source materials and components.
3. Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets closely, controlling costs.
- Ensure all project spending aligns with approved budgetary limits.
4.: Manage the assessory projects of Loreal, Chanel ect, and have deep understanding of this industry.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record in the accessory or consumer goods industries.
- Excellent communication and coodination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with material sourcing and supply chain management.
- Experience working with oversea sales/ clients and manufacturing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive best cost.
- Good English in writing and perferable in speaking.
