职位描述

Job Duties工作职责:
1. Client Requirement / Offers (Inquiry level and Orders)
明确了客户的需求
2. Catagories communication to establish the best offers for the inquiry
寻找合适的工厂并提供报价
3. Sample management
样品管理
4. Client documentation
客户文件处理
5. Factory Audits to comply per client requirement
按客户要求进行工厂审核
6. 3rd Party Testing Services and QC report per client requirement
根据客户需求提供第三方测试服务和验货
7. Internal QC co-ordination
内部质量控制的协调
8. Logistics communication to ensure delivery
物流沟通,确保及时发货
9. Follwing up client to market, different kinds of fair in domestic, factory to negotiate orders
陪同客户去市场,展会,工厂下单
10. Good service after sales and deal with complaint till customer satisfaction.
处理客户投诉直到客户满意
Requirment::
1. Degree in Trading or Economics or Business English. good English
外贸、经济或商务英语专业, 英语良好
2. above 1years prior Sales experience in foreign trade company will be an advantage
1年以上外企公司经验优先考虑
3. Microsoft Office(Word,excel, PPT,Outlook)
熟悉运用办公室软件(Word, excel, PPT等)
4 Comprehensive English understanding & Coustomer communication,baisc business math.
良好的英语理解能力和客户沟通能力,基础商务能力
