74 Detect opportunities to increase turnover with OEM / tiers Customer
74 Develop new customers through different means
74 Project leader with close won business
74 Analysis and manage RFQ through cooperation with other team members
74 Revise & negotiate customer contracts (support from dedicated departments
& Sales Manager) & responsible for communication and distribution within
the global organization
74 Monitor & Safeguard Margin (with support from other departments & Sales
Manager)
other requirements:
1) Negotiation :Must have experience
2) Business Development: Must have experience and successful cases
3) Chinese automotive Tiers Network :Must have experience
4) Working at a big Tier 1 / OEM :Must have experience
5) Good business mindset and customer orientation mindset
6) Contracts (negotiating Customers GCP) Must have experience
7) 50% time travelling :Must
8) Good Communication & analytical skills
9) Good team player and willing to support others
