Logistics Manager/物流经理

1. Short-term production capacity planning (2 - 4 months) based on actual demand status 基于实际需求的状况进行短期生产安排（2-4月）(20%)

2. Create production order and supervise the production process and follow the production progress(25%)创建生产订单，监控生产过程，跟踪生产进度。

3. Define production main plan, assign production orders to production process and plan order sequence 制定生产主计划，并分配生产订单给生产工序及装配线。分配订单顺序(10%)

4. Adjusting production plan according to actual situation and customer requirements (status overview of each individual order) 根据现状及客户需求调整生产计划（对每个单独的订单状况要充分了解）(10%)

5. Proposes and performs appropriate measures to improve overall performance of logistic processes. 监控并分析物流绩效报告及预算，制定优化方案以提升物流流程整体效能。 （10%）

6. Pre-Communication and follow-up with procurement for missing parts (based on plan order/ disposition list) to ensure the feasibility of main production plan. 提前沟通采购部门解决物料缺失问题保证主计划的可实施性(10%)

7. Responsible for team's work assignment, supervision and Initiates process improvements.(10%)负责团队员工的工作分配,监督及发起流程改善。

8. Communication & cooperation towards Project Management/ Customer Service/ Segment Manager/QM/ME regarding status of production orders and customer demands / 生产订单的状况及客户要求，与项目管理部门/客服部门/部门经理/质量管理/工艺等部门保持沟通和联系(5%)

Requirements:

1. College degree or above in related subject 本科及以上学历毕业，相关专业

2. Above 5 years experience in production and logistic planning 5年以上生产及物流计划经验

3. At least 3 years experience in team management 3年以上团队管理经验

4. Good knowledge of SAP application and MRP system 能够很好的应用SAP和MRP系统

5. Good English skills both in listen and oral 良好的的英语听说能力

6. Good logical skills, with a sense of responsibility and strong ability to work under pressure 良好的逻辑能力，具备责任心并有较强的抗压能力

7. Excellent communication and coordination skills 优秀的沟通协调能力
