展架质量工程师 Fixture QA

1. Need to make the company even more competitive by securing quality from our new and existing suppliers.

2. Need build close relationships with key suppliers.

3. Will support the sourcing team on technical problems or work with supplier to keep the process under control during development stage.

3. Will support the sourcing team to create the quality manual for production and QC reference in securing quality on new products.

4. Will handle claims from clients in different destinations, to create the monthly or quarterly claim report, then follow up CAP with analyzing the claim data to prevent new claim or similar mistake happening.

5. Will provide clients with good service on handling claims in professional and fast way.

Need to work with supplier to enhance supplier performance with lowering down claim ratio and keep quality improvement plans.

6. Will be responsible for securing that our product gets the needed certification according to market request.

Requirements

1. Above Bachelor Diploma in any Engineering subject.

2. Experience with fixture, commercial display racked, cabinets and related categories.

3.Familiar with fixture making processes, if you ever had operation experience in fixture production process control will be preferred.

4. Be a person with energy, dynamic, and be able to remain calm, and in control in high pressure situations.

5. Strong communication skill with different parties (Sourcing team, QC team, Suppliers, Oversea clients).

6. Organized and hardworking

7. Can manage several tasks at the same time

8. Have strong technical background to analyze and deal with problems.
