manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on edge 3D NAND product. Intel

and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and

storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the

Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March

2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology

at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

* Responsible for leading the organization pass ISO 9001 certification

* Lead efforts of identification and architecture planning of the site

quality management system processes, establishment and standardization of

system processes, training and promotion, management of system construction

progress, and evaluation of effectiveness.

* Responsible for the planning of quality management system audits, process

audit planning, implementation, and improvement management.

* Responsible for the organization and implementation of third-party audits

of the quality management system.

* Responsible for organizing special investigations and reporting on quality

issues.

* Responsible for empowering each unit's system capabilities (training,

guidance, auditing, and improvement).

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage

business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of

the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will

transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed

updates and steps related to this transaction.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5-10 years of work experience in

semiconductor or automobile electrical equipment QMS (Quality Management System)

* ISO 9001 certifications obtained, and experience of lead org conduct

internal and external quality system audit

* Proficient in applying AIAG requirements/thinking models/problem analysis

and resolution methods, etc.

* Project management experience, experienced on program structure and

indicator set up & management.

* Schematic thinking and good problem-solving skills.

* Good presentation skills. Good cross functional communication skills

* Excellent in the use of MS software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, power

Bi/Automate.

* CET6 with Fluent English, both in oral/writing.

Nice to have:

* CQE certification / IATF 16949 certification
