Projects may be technically complex, and/or carry significant business risk. The job holder is responsible for developing the project implementation strategy and the subsequent execution. All elements of the operational value streams will have to be taken into account, and the job holder has to have in depth knowledge of their own function as well as an understanding of the broader business/functions.

The job holder will lead cross-functional teams, and has to have proven capability /credibility in order to influence high calibre team members and stakeholders at all levels at many different levels within the business. Good communication is important to successfully leading and implementing and skills in this area combined with the ability to develop relationships quickly are key.

Bachelor or above educational background with major related industry.
