QA Technician (服装技术）

Collaborate with head office to develop, implement and follow up the technical strategic plan for Sourcing Office.

Coordinate with the Merchandising team within his/her area.

Ensure quality standards reached on every production.

Review samples to ensure that they meet product specifications such as style, construction, workmanship, quality, and fitting measurement in order to present detailed sample reviews.

Monitor process and approve sample specifications and quality.

Identify and resolve potential safety standard issues such as construction and colorization.

Discuss comments and improvement areas with headquarters, factories and merchandisers.

Explain & provide technical advice, guidance, support and control to factories, headquarters, Merchandising staff and technical team members on materials, fitting, specifications and construction.

Identify and resolve potential issues of samples.

Discuss issues / difficulties encountered with merchandisers.

Requirements:

University Bachelor degree in textile or garment technology.

Have 3+ years of actual working experiences in garment, textile or related to orders follow up within foreign trading company or buying office.

Basic knowledge of fabric, workmanship and garment production process, apparel technology, quality standards and compliance.

Cooperative mentality; a team player who can give full effort to meet company′s technique and standards.

Open mind, organized, positive attitude and good communication, supervisory ability, and intercultural competence

Fluent in oral and written English & Chinese.

Excellent personal presentation.

Proactive, energetic, results oriented, committed, and highly motivated.

Sense of responsibility, organization and deadline completion, with capability to work independently.

Computer knowledge.

Good fashion sense (preferred).
