Description
Will be responsible to ensure new and existing products and services within
the development cycle are reliable, easy to use, and functioning as
documented, while Creating and executing test cases and test plans for
products and services as well as the developing automation processes to
validate the quality of various Cloud services and provide the necessary
reporting and dashboarding to assess the outcome.
Core Knowledge and Skills
61 Developing and maintaining test design documents and interface
specifications
61 Test automation of RESTful and gRPC APIs and cloud solutions,
including REST validation (e.g., REST-assured, Test Rail)
61 API testing tools e.g., Postman, Swagger, jMeter
61 Code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube), Code Coverage, Unit tests, etc.
61 Mocking frameworks e.g., Mockito
61 Additional frameworks and tools including Cucumber and Test Rails
61 Load/performance testing e.g., using JMeter, Locust
61 Understanding of Cloud services and technology including
Kubernetes, Relational and object databases like MongoDB, Redis,
MySQL and Continuous Integration (CI) tools (Azure DevOps)
61 Creating and maintaining test automation scripts using Java,
JavaScript, Python, Golang
61 Source control revision tools - GIT, GitHub
61 Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodologies
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in
English and local language
61 Understand microservice test strategies for cloud architecture and
clarify and analyze technical requirements before developing
comprehensive testing plans based on system testing, integration, and
user acceptance testing.
61 Collaborating with scrum team members such as Scrum Master,
Product Owner, TPM, DevOps, Scrum Dev, and Scrum QA to become
familiar with features being delivered and create the best e2e test
plan
61 Provide ongoing work effort estimates to management to align on
priorities and delivering work on time based on agreed commitments.
61 Proactively report product readiness status to stakeholders and
implement improvements that assesses and mitigates product release
risk
