外贸专员

任职条件Qualifications：

1、 大专以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业；

2、 需要熟悉国际贸易流程、市场分析等，具备良好的策划能力和PPT撰写能力

3、 英语六级或以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力

4、 需要具备良好的沟通和谈判能力及应变能力，能够与不同客户进行有效的沟通，解决客户的问题和困扰，提高客户满意度

5、 工作热情主动，有责任感，能承受工作压力；

服从领导安排，能独立开展及完成工作

岗位职责Responsibilities:

1、 处理国内外客户订单，协调公司内部及客户端相关工作，包括订单下达、进度跟催、单证协调、发货、回款等工作

2、 维护良好的客户关系，及时响应客户需求及问题解答、协调内部资源满足客户需求，提升客户满意度

3、 了解客户需求并提供解决方案。

分析市场情况，包括目标国家或城市的市场需求和潜在客户的痛点，促成订单

4、部门销售报表等文书工作

5、 上级主管交待的其他事项

薪资：

Qualifications：

1、 College degree or above, major in international trade, business English or related.

2、 Be familiar with international trade process, market analysis, etc., with good planning ability and PPT writing ability

3、 CET6 or above, able to communicate with overseas customers directly; proficient in Office software

4、 Have good communication and negotiation skills and adaptability, can effectively communicate with different customers, solve customers' problems and troubles, improve customer satisfaction

5、 Enthusiasm, initiative, sense of responsibility, can work under pressure; Obey the leadership arrangement, can carry out and complete the work independently

6、 Work hard and responsible, obey the leader’s instruction

Responsibilities：

1. Handle the domestic and overseas customer orders, coordinate internal and customer with the work, including order release, progress follow-up, documents coordination, delivery, payment collection etc.

2. Maintain the good relationship with the customers, respond the customers requests and questions in a timely manner, coordinate internal resources to meet customers needs and improve customers satisfaction

3. Understand customer needs and provide solutions. Analyze the market situation, including the market demand of the target country or city and the pain points of potential customers to facilitate the order
