61 Fully understand GCM FSSC end-to-end process. Follow standard project management approach to lead the cycle of hotel (both Full-Service and Focused Service) Continuous Improvement projects independently. Include but not limited to below projects:

充分熟悉和了解共享中心端到端的流程。遵循标准的项目管理方法，独立领导酒店（包括全服务和精选服务酒店）持续改进项目。包括并不限于以下项目：

61 Continuously improve the FSSC process by leading CI project transforming AS IS process to TO BE process and update SOPs accordingly.

通过领导持续改进项目将AS IS流程转化为to BE流程，持续改进FSSC流程，并更新相应的SOP。

61 Lead the transformation and implementation of FSSC Factory Model by tower to improve working efficiency. Meanwhile, lead and coordinate with system vendors to develop and enhance the system process due to operations model change.

领导共享中心工厂模式的转变和部署工作来提升工作效率。同时，协调和带领系统供应商重新开发和完善由于流程模式的变化而带来的系统配置变化。

61 Lead and coordinate with 4 towers to identify the process improvement opportunity.

领导和协调业务部门发现流程改进的机会。

61 Leverage automation tools and solutions to improve the working efficiency. Lead the project as a Project Manager.

通过寻求自动化的工具和方案来提升工作效率。作为项目经理领导项目的实施。

61 Understand and identify the process pain-points by tower, look for solutions.

充分理解各模块的流程痛点，寻求解决方案。

61 Other regular projects and ad hoc Corporate projects, including budget preparation, automation, etc.,

其他周期性的项目和临时性的集团项目，包括预算的编制、自动化项目等。

As part of Project Management Team Member, should take the backup role of Implementation Project Management. The skills and knowledge include but not limited to:

61 Lead the cycle of hotel (both Full-Service and Focused Service) enrollment independently.

独立领导酒店（包括全服务和精选服务酒店）部署共享中心的项目周期

61 Lead and coordinate hotel operations team, FSSC operations team, hotel onsite Finance team, and DOF to fully involve into the FSSC implementation process. Lead the regular communication meetings including weekly meeting. Gate review meeting until the hotel is stabilize and smoothly handover to FSSC operations team.

领导和协调酒店运营团队、共享中心运营团队、酒店现场财务团队和财务总监全员参与到共享中心迁移和部署的流程中。带领团队完成日常沟通，包括但不限于每周例会、阶段评估会议等直到项目平稳并且顺利移交给共享中心运营团队。

61 Responsible for pre-go live training. Including systems and process related training. Improve training document used during enrollment by using online videos, online forms, etc.

负责上线前的培训工作，包括系统的和流程相关的。通过使用在线视频、在线表格等，改进部署期间使用的培训文件。

61 Lead and coordinate with hotels and third-party vendors for the system implementation along with migration. Including DocMX, RPA, E-voucher and other automation tools and systems.

领导酒店并协调第三方供应商完成系统的设置和部署。包括但不限于DocMX, 机器人自动化流程，电子票券管理系统和其他自动化工具。

61 Relationship management of internal and external stakeholders.

61 Builds supportive, productive, and trusted working relationships with Owners, Operations Finance Team, Hotel teams and SSC teams and Corporate team.

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

61 Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

本科以上学位

61 Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years of hotel finance work experience

8-10年酒店财务经验

61 Minimum Years of Management Experience: 5 years

5年以上管理团队经验

61 Minimum Years of Project Management Experience: 2 years (would be a plus)

2年以上项目管理经验 优先

61 Obtained PMP certification (Preferred)

拥有PMP项目管理证书优先

61 Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
