五金模具设计工程师

● Process design and control

负责产品的技术、工艺设计及跟进等；

● Daily management

负责本部门日常以及现场的管理；

● Assist to after-sale services, handle quality complaints

协助销售部门进行产品售后服务，及时处理客户的品质投诉，增进客户满意；

● Design all technical information

编制原材料、产品等的技术标准和生产工艺标准；

● Design and make the new tool, lead the new project

设计制造新模具并跟进新项目；

● Assist to select and evaluate the suppliers and identify the samples

协助工程部经理对供应商进行选择、评定以及对样品进行鉴定的工作；

● Make the reformation plan for the tool and the equipment and implement it

制定和实施模具及工艺装备的开发改造计划。

Requirements要求:

● University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields required

大学本科文化程度，机械专业；

● More than 10 years work experience in the same position

具备外资企业的同等职务10年以上的工作经历；

● Be very skillful with tooling design & manufacturing, relevant equipment & process, and the metal stamping equipment and process as well.

熟练掌握模具设计与制造、相关设备与工艺、五金冲压设备与工艺。

● Be very familiar with metal stamping products surface treatment, coating or heat treatment process; Known all these operations how affect the metal stamping products & how to improve from tool design.

非常熟悉金属冲压产品的表面处理、涂层或热处理工艺;了解所有这些操作如何影响五金冲压产品和如何从模具设计改进。

● Have Cold stamping die design and making experience

有深拉伸冷冲压连续模具的设计制造经验；

● Have good ability in analysing and solving problem, good communication skills and coordination ability

分析问题和解决问题能力强，善于沟通协调；

● Have strong responsibility and good occupation moral

有强烈的工作责任心和良好的职业道德；

● Good computer and English skills

具良好的计算机技能和英语水平；

● Leading ability

具一定的领导才能。
