您的主要工作：

1.分析和解决生产线运行中的缺陷,在平衡设备,辅助工具,人员,零件及工艺条件的前提下提出清晰的解决方案并且组织执行；建立新生产线;参与组织对新生产线的试线、人员培训、验收与移交;负责移交时接收生产线的各项工艺文件; Analyze and solve defects in production line operation, propose clear solutions and organize implementation under the prem-ise of balancing equipment, auxiliary tools, personnel, parts and process condi-tions; Establish new production lines; Participate in organizing the trial line, personnel training, acceptance and handover of the new production line; Be respon-sible for receiving the process documents of the production line when handing over

2. 对电子产品生产线的生产能力进行分析,并根据公司的销售计划,项目进展做动态数据分析;根据数据分析结果对生产线设备提出扩充或缩减方案;获得公司认可后,与相关部门一起执行该方案; Analyzed the production capacity of the electronic product production line, and made dynamic data analysis of the project progress according to the company's salesplan; According to the data analysis results, the expansion or reduction of produc-tion line equipment is proposed; After obtaining the company's approval, implement the plan together with relevant departments

3. 制定,更新并优化电子产品工艺指导书、生产定额及BOM，并在工艺条件改变的情况下升级相关内容、确认变更过程的生产条件是否具备工艺性，并下发相应的变更通知及培训相关人员。Formulate, update and optimize the process instructions, production quotas and BOM of electronic products, upgrade the relevant contents when the process conditions change, confirm whether the production conditions of the change process are pro-cessable, issue the corresponding change notice and train the relevant personnel

4. 控制及管理生产线工艺方案的执行与实施; Control and manage the implementation and im-plementation of the production line process plan

5. 根据公司计划对操作人员进行培训，不断提高人员素质；Conduct training for operators according to the company plan, and continuously improve the quality of personnel

6. 协同制定现场Layout；Coordinate the formulation of site Layout

7. 熟悉集团内相关标准，吸收引进其他电子产品生产工艺; Familiar with relevant standards within the group, absorb and introduce other electronic product production process-es

8. 负责与集团内相对应部门在生产工艺、技术方案等方面做相应的交流及协调。

您需要具备：

1. 大学本科以上,工业自动化,机电一体化，电子等工科类专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial automation, mechatronics, electronics and other engineering

2. 工作经历与需求： 3年以上PCBA制造工艺经验；熟悉电子产品生产设备的工作原理,协调、沟通能力强；能够独立操作电子产品生产设备;至少会一种类型的贴片机,丝 网印刷机的编程及其优化；充分了解各种常见的电子产品生产缺陷的形成原因,并能有效排除问题；具有电子产品生产线的生产能力的分析和策划经验；Work experience and requirements: more than 3 years of PCBA manufacturing process experience; Familiar with the working principle of electronic products production equipment, strong coordination and communication skills; Able to independently operate electronic product production equipment; Programming and optimi-zation of at least one type of SMT machine, wire mesh printing machine; Fully under-stand the causes of various common production defects of electronic products, and can effectively eliminate problems; Experience in analysis and planning of production ca-pacity of electronic product line

3. 语言能力：良好的英语听、说能力。Language ability: Good English listening and speaking ability
