职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1. To issue the quotation to the clients based on sale provided internal quotation correctly and timely;
根据销售部门提供的内部报价,准确、及时地向客户发出报价单;
2. To support the sales to follow up inquiry by contacting client, give feedback to sales timely;
协助销售人员跟进客户询价,与客户进行沟通,并及时向销售人员反馈情况;
3. To create quotation record and maintain it timely and correctly;
及时、准确地创建并维护报价记录;
4. To finish Daily job assigned by supervisor and sales in time;
按时完成主管和销售人员分配的日常工作;
5. To coordinate the service promotion seminars , group meeting;
协调服务推广研讨会、小组会议等活动;
6. To maintain the client database regularly;
定期维护客户数据库;
7. To maintain the stock of promotion items/gifts etc and keep correct record; 维护样品等的库存情况,并做好准确记录;
8. To support the customer service/sales to maintain the customer relationship and develop customer satisfactions. 协助客户服务人员 / 销售人员维护客户关系,提高客户满意度。
Job Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates with electronic/electric equipment or components manufacturers background are welcome;
欢迎具有电子 / 电气设备或零部件制造企业背景的应届毕业生应聘;
2. Be able to speak, read and write in English, such as read specifications, procedures, standards.
具备英语听说读写能力,能够阅读技术规格书、操作流程和标准等相关资料;
3. Good team spirit, good communicating skill.
具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
