职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Care: Act as the primary point of contact for domestic and international customers, provide support, assistance, and service to customers to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed, maintain strong customer relationships.
客户服务:作为国内外客户的主要联系人,为客户提供支持、协助和服务,以确保他们的需求和问题得到解决,维护良好的客户关系。
Order Management: Receive and process orders, regularly communicate with customers on the progress of orders, and promptly resolve any issues during order execution.
订单管理:接收并处理订单,定期与客户沟通订单进度,及时解决在订单执行过程中遇到的问题。
- According to the customer's change requirements, promptly communicate and coordinate with relevant internal departments (such as design, procurement, production, and etc.), timely update the design, cost, and delivery schedule, and feedback the changes to customer, to ensure customer satisfaction.
根据客户变更要求,快速与公司内部相关部门(如设计、采购、生产等)进行沟通协调,更新设计、成本和交货期信息,并及时将变更情况反馈给客户,确保客户满意度。
- Order Forecast Accuracy Management: Keep a close eye on the changes in existing orders and forecasts, actively communicate with customers, and improve the forecast accuracy.
订单预测准确率管理:及时关注现有订单和预测的变化,积极和客户沟通,提升预测准确率。
2. Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to meet order deadlines, control the finished/semi-finished goods stock level, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
生产计划:制定并管理生产计划,确保按时完成订单交付,控制成品/半成品库存水平,与内部团队紧密合作。
3. Material Tracking: track material procurement progress, maintain close contact with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery, and proactively address any potential delays to prevent production standstills.
物料跟踪:跟踪物料采购进度,与供应商保持密切联系,确保物料按时到货,满足生产需求;对于可能出现的物料延迟到货情况,提前采取措施进行协调解决,避免生产停滞。
4. Evaluate and report the bottleneck or resource (material and capacity) shortage risk in the short and long term, implement and follow up risk assessment.
评估和报告短期和长期的瓶颈或资源(材料和产能)短缺风险,实施和跟踪风险评估。
5. Be responsible for the accuracy from planning to inventory, coordinate with the related teams to take actions and follow up.
负责从计划到库存的准确性,协调相关团队采取行动并跟进。
6. Be responsible for production projects to phase in/out successfully.
负责生产项目的成功导入/淘汰。
7. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Skill/Knowledge/Experience:
1.At least 2 years customer care and planner working experience, or experience equivalent.
至少2年的客户服务与计划工作经验,或相关经验。
2.Must have excellent English communication skill, both written & oral, minimum CET-4.
必须具备优秀的英语听说读写能力,四级以上。
3.Must possess proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office - Excel, PPT, PowerBi… (Knowledge of ERPsystem) .
必须熟练掌握微软办公软件技能,如Excel、PPT、PowerBi等。(了解ERP系统者优先)
4.Excellent coordination capability to manage the simultaneous issues from different customer sites.
卓越的协调能力,能够管理来自不同客户现场的同时发生的问题。
5.Must be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
必须以目标为导向,有上进心,能够有效地完成多项任务。
6.Proven competence to turn cross-sdepartmental conflicts into solutions, that are mutually beneficial internally or externally.
证明有能力将跨部门冲突转化为内部或外部共同有益的解决方案。
7.Strong customer oriented attitude and customer communication skills. 强烈的客户导向态度和客户沟通技巧。
8. Analytical thinking skills, able to analyze and draw conclusions from data or report information.
分析思维能力,能够从数据或报告信息中分析并得出结论。
9. Good project management and teamwork sikll.
良好的项目管理和团队协作能力。
