process engineer

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and optimize dispensing processes for adhesives, including time-pressure systems and jetting systems

2.Plan, execute, and evaluate trials for adhesive dispensing and application in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

3.Create work instructions, process descriptions, and documentation for dispensing processes

4.Provide technical consulting to customers and assist with the implementation of dispensing solutions on-site

5.Train employees and customers in dispensing processes and technologies and ensure technical know-how transfer

6.Analyze and resolve technical problems in production environments and adhesive applications

7.Collaborate with development, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient and quality-assured processes

8.Summarizing and presenting test results to customers, sales partners,etc

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field

2. Experiences in dispensing technology, preferably with adhesives desired

3.5+ years of experience in the adhesive industry as well as in the project management of technically complex products

4.In-depth understanding of the chemistry and technology of adhesives

5.Solid knowledge of adhesive products and their application areas after the on boarding process

6.Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese
