Junior Project Manager

Ensure project execution according the project specification, technical agreements or commercial contract 确保项目按照工程规范，技术协议或商务合同实施

Maintaining of project reporting (deadline, costs, quality, reporting) 维护项目报告

Tracking and monitoring of the compliance with the project deadline, cost and quality requirements 跟踪监督项目达到工期，成本以及质量要求

Adherence of on-cost delivery and budget planning制定项目预算和在预算内交付项目

Technical knowledge and on-quality realization 了解技术知识和并在质量上实现

Milestones and critical chain project management experience to ensure on-time delivery节点和严格闭环项目管理经验以保证项目按时交付

Lead the local project team and coordinate the tasks within the project 领导本地项目团队并且协调项目任务

Maintaining communication with customers and interface management between internal departments. 与客户直接沟通，保持公司内部与外部客户对接

Implementing claim management and change proposals 索赔管理以及工程变更建议

Ensure liquidity and active risks and chances management 现金流及项目风险管理

Ensure efficiency and motivation of the project team (information, qualification, etc.) 确保团队高效推动（信息资源、合格性等）

Qualification

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering 工程学学士或硕士学位

Minimum 3 years work experience in project management至少三年项目管理的工作经验

Experience in Service/Maintenance activities preferred 优先考虑有服务项目相关经验者

Excellent English written and verbally出色的英语书面及口头交流能力

MS Office, MS Project, SAP systems熟练使用办公软件、项目软件及SAP软件

Willingness to travel愿意出差

High social competences较强的社交能力

Ability to cope with pressure 适应压力下的工作

Ability to work in a team/act as a team integrator 适应团队工作、能够整合团队
