职位描述

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
1. Responsible for HVHC connector system business development in China market.
2. Corporate with GPM, local engineering team and sales team to drive HVHC connector system growth in China market.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Expert of Molex HVHC connector product by knowing the application, product performance, advantages, etc.
2. Leverage sales and distribution channel resource to figure out HVHC market trend, pain points, competition situation, create POV on where to play and deliver it to related team and stakeholder.
3. Corporate with GPM on how to win with product strategy, pricing strategy for HVHC China market.
4. Corporate with local engineering team, sales team, focus on design in activity at focus customers (OEMs and Tier 1s) for business win.
5. Identify potential product needs and corporate with GPM for new product development for China market.
6. Corporate with marketing team for standard HVHC product promotion activity
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Bachelor degree in Business or Technical area of study
2. 5-8 years experience as a product manager, engineering manager, sales manager, product engineer, design engineer in OEM HVHC departments or EV related tier 1 company HVHC team including OBC, battery pack, MCU, DCDC, etc.
3. Excellent communication skills, able to deliver key messages to internal and external stake-holders
4. Growth mindset, strategic insight
5. Familiar with automotive industry HVHC area, understand its business model, with good business sense and negotiation skills.
6. Good English skill, able to communicate with oversea colleagues and teams.
