岗位描述 (Job Description):

1. Ensure Global Quality and Compliance: Contribute to ensuring that all global quality and compliance regulations, standards, and norms are translated into actionable requirements for the product development and product marketing teams. 确保全球质量和合规性：确保所有全球质量和合规性法规、标准和规范转化为可以被产品开发和市场营销团队使用的实际要求。

2. Manage and Verify Compliance: Contribute to managing and verifying internal adherence to product quality and compliance standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures. Continuously improve these processes where possible and ensure that any deviations from regulations are properly documented.管理和验证合规性：参与管理和验证内部是否遵循产品质量和合规性标准、指导方针、流程和程序，并在可能的情况下持续改进，并确保所有偏离法规的情况有相应文档记录。

3. Utilize Quality Tools: Contribute to the use of quality tools, such as DFMEA, during the product development process to ensure risks are identified and mitigated at the earliest possible stage.使用质量工具：在产品开发过程中，使用如DFMEA等质量工具，确保尽早识别并规避潜在风险。

4. Regulation Interpretation and Risk Assessment: Ensure correct interpretation of regulations throughout the process and perform risk assessments related to these regulations.正确解读法规：准确解读相关法规并进行风险评估，确保全程合规。

5. Ensure Product Safety: Ensure that all products comply with specified global safety regulations. Responsible for applicable product testing, safety certification validation, and managing all related documentation.确保产品安全性：确保所有产品符合全球安全法规，负责相关产品的测试、认证和安全验证，并管理所有相关文档。

6. Compliance Reporting: Report on progress related to compliance activities and deliverables for New Product Development (NPD) and Standard Product Design (SPD), providing independent process judgment to stakeholders such as Compliance, Quality teams, Engineering, CMT, Sourcing, Project Managers, and Department Managers.合规进展报告：定期报告关于合规相关活动和成果的进展，涵盖新产品开发 (NPD) 和现有产品设计 (SPD)，并为合规团队、质量团队、工程团队、采购、项目经理及部门经理等利益相关者提供独立的流程判断和意见。

7. Represent Bugaboo in Committees: Represent Bugaboo in technical committees and consumer product associations as needed to influence child safety regulations.代表Bugaboo参与技术委员会：根据需要代表Bugaboo参与技术委员会和消费品协会，影响儿童安全法规的制定。

8. Cross-Team Collaboration: Contribute to fostering collaboration between the Quality and Compliance teams in Amsterdam and Xiamen.跨部门协作：促进阿姆斯特丹和厦门之间质量与合规团队的相互合作。

9. Support Continuous Improvement: Support relevant stakeholders in continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and managing key critical quality parts, products, and processes.支持持续改进与问题根源分析：协助相关利益相关者进行持续改进、根本原因分析，并关注关键质量问题、部件、产品和流程的管理。

岗位要求 (Job Requirements):

1. 至少10年以上儿童汽车安全座椅相关经验；Over 10 years of experience in children’s car seat design and safety compliance;

2. 英语流利，能够作为工作语言；Fluent in English, with proficiency to use it as the primary working language;

3. 深入理解全球质量与合规性标准，尤其是儿童汽车座椅领域的相关法规；In-depth knowledge of global quality and compliance standards, especially within the children’s car seat industry;

4. 具备优秀的沟通和团队协作能力；Strong communication and teamwork skills;

5. 熟练使用质量工具如DFMEA等，能够在产品开发过程中有效识别和减轻风险；Proficiency in quality tools such as DFMEA, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks during product development;

6. 具有跨文化沟通和合作的经验，能够适应多国团队的工作环境；Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and collaborating with international teams;

7. 能够处理复杂的合规问题，并在严格的法规框架下工作。Ability to handle complex compliance issues and work within a strict regulatory framework.
