Partner with the best
Contributes to the development of an operational plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Being responsible for sale of Bently solution (Hardware/software/Service/Digital) and achieving Operation Plan annually in assigned sales territory.
· Being responsible of directing Bently customer relationship with accounts in assigned sales territory in China.
· Positioning Bently as the customer's best solution provider about the condition and behavior of plant assets.
· Exploring and creating sales opportunities both in where Bently has been successfully expanded and promoted.
· Driving business growth and customer relationship promotion thru BN Plant- wide selling solutions.
· Working close with other segment being a team to achieve cross-selling / synergy growth
· Establishing targets in key projects, key accounts and take roles while working with other team member to attain the complex task.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have bachelor or above in engineering, knowledge of the electrical power industry, Oil and Gas industry and maintenance knowledge.
· Have knowledge and technical sales experience for machinery condition monitoring and asset management area.
· Have knowledge of Bently Nevada markets and customer relationship.
· Demonstrate consistently high levels of performance in all areas of responsibilities in the past.
· Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Have customer centricity with result-oriented mindset.
· Will to travel on short notice and Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Spoken &Written).
